1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VHIT or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2) Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard your credentials, and notify us of any unauthorized access.

• You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
• You will maintain appropriate role-based access for your users.
• You will comply with applicable laws when using messaging channels.

3) Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Do not abuse messaging platforms’ policies (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).
• Do not submit sensitive personal data unless your plan and obligations allow it.
• Do not use outputs as the sole source for high-risk decisions without human review.

4) Customer Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of documents, prompts, logs, and other data you provide (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the services to you, subject to our Privacy Policy.

AI-specific: Third-party model providers may process prompts and outputs to deliver results. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you submit.

5) Plans, Billing & Trials

Plan features and limits are described on our Pricing page. Trials or promotional credits may be offered at our discretion. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable. We may update prices or plan limits with notice.

6) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or platform abuse. You may terminate at any time; upon termination we will disable access and, subject to retention rules, delete or export your data upon request.

7) Confidentiality & Privacy

We will protect Customer Content as confidential and use it only to provide the services. Additional details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

8) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI systems can produce incorrect or incomplete outputs; you are responsible for human review where accuracy is critical.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction.
