Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all purchases of Vector Stream AI Solutions (Private) Limited products and services, including monthly and annual subscriptions, one-time setup fees, and add-ons. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

Subscriptions (No Prorated Refunds)

• All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable. If you cancel, access remains active until the end of the current cycle.
• There are no prorated or partial refunds for unused time, credits, or message quotas within an active period.
• Please cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges.

Trials and First Charge

• If a free or discounted trial is offered, you can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan on the listed date and the charge is non-refundable.
• Trial availability and duration may vary by plan and promotion.

Immediate Use & Digital Services

Our services are delivered immediately upon payment. By activating or using the service, you acknowledge that performance begins right away and agree that statutory withdrawal rights for digital services may be waived where applicable.

One-Time Fees and Add-Ons

One-time setup, onboarding, or custom work fees are non-refundable once work has started or deliverables have been provided.

Upgrades and Downgrades

• Upgrades take effect immediately. We may charge the plan difference for the remainder of the cycle; prior charges are not refunded.
• Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. There are no refunds or credits for the current cycle.

Billing, Invoices, and Failed Payments

• Invoices and receipts are issued electronically. You are responsible for keeping payment details current.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry charges, limit features, or suspend service until payment is resolved.
• Taxes (e.g., VAT) are applied where required by law and are non-refundable once remitted.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a valid charge with your bank (chargeback), we may suspend or terminate access and seek to recover fees associated with the dispute.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Where mandatory cooling-off or refund rights apply, we will comply with those requirements.
